After submitting initials details, you will be contacted for a 15 minute assessment call in which details regarding content required, duration and attendees will be discussed. This helps in personalising the content and delivery but also in customising the costings.
Training can be delivered in multiple ways or a combination of methods depending on the need and those attending.
Methods include:
workshops, digital content, virtual training, classroom training, practical assessments, written or verbal assessments, role play, reflection assessments, follow up meetings, scheduled 1-1's, management supervision and many more.
Training can be adapted for many reasons, roles and responsibility, educational qualification status, those with communication disabilities or difficulties, neurological diversity and can be tailored on an individual basis.
From roles such as senior carers, team leaders and deputy managers through to those in registered manager, service leads, or area management positions.
